ABOUT ME

Ian Mount is an author, writer and journalist with 25 years of experience writing for publications from the Financial Times and the New York Times to New York magazine and NewYorker.com. His book, The Vineyard at the End of the World: Maverick Winemakers and the Rebirth of Malbec (W.W. Norton, 2012), was chosen by JPMorgan Private Bank for its annual summer reading list (also known as the “Billionaires Book Club”).

He is an experienced ghostwriter and has collaborated on four major published projects, including a Wall Street Journal bestseller with over 4 million copies sold (2016), as well as a New York Times bestseller (2023). Ian is also co-founder of The Tapa, a Madrid-based newsletter service covering news and events from Spain.
